The Seattle Housing Authority is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep properties in excellent condition. You will handle service requests in occupied and vacant units, carry out general repairs, and support curb appeal and resident relations while ensuring compliance with housing standards.

Our Maintenance Technicians perform service requests in occupied and vacant units, housekeeping, and repairs of vacated units, as well as performing and monitoring property curb appeal, and assisting with customer service and lease enforcement with residents.
