Aerotek is hiring a Maintenance Technician for an industrial bottling facility in Warrenton, MO. The role focuses on keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems on a 3-shift night schedule.

The position offers hands-on work with motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes and PLCs, with opportunities to expand skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, and CMMS/SAP software.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance and mechanical/electrical troubleshoot.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC systems preferred.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and testing devices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery to keep equipment running.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Work with motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes and other equipment.
• Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment (e.g., multimeters).
• Perform maintenance on 3-phase electrical systems and motors.
• Read blueprints, schematics, manuals, and diagrams.
• Support hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems; assist with PLC troubleshooting.

? What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently by:

• Troubleshooting and repairing production machinery
• Performing routine and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Working with motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and other industrial equipment
• Diagnosing electrical issues using testing equipment such as multimeters
• Performing maintenance on 3-phase electrical systems and motors
• Reading blueprints, schematics, manuals, and diagrams
• Supporting hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Assisting with PLC troubleshooting and controls-related issues
• Replacing, repairing, and installing machinery components
• Documenting maintenance activities in SAP or similar maintenance systems
• Responding quickly to equipment breakdowns and production needs

? What We're Looking For

Required Skills:

• Industrial maintenance or maintenance technician experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities
• Electrical troubleshooting experience
• Knowledge of 3-phase power and industrial motors
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and testing devices
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• PLC troubleshooting experience
• Experience in a manufacturing, food production, or bottling environment
• SAP or CMMS maintenance software experience
• CIT, INT, or EAT certifications (preferred)

? Schedule

12-Hour Night Shift

• 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Rotating schedule
• Built-in extended days off throughout the month

? Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift, push, and pull up to 80 lbs.
• Work around industrial production equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Warrenton, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75275.00 - $77355.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
