Job summary

First Pointe Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 316-unit property in Walnut Creek, CA. The role involves handling plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and painting tasks with a proactive, resident-focused approach.

Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, 8am–5pm, with on-call rotations and potential after-hours emergencies. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of maintenance in residential property management: plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry and painting.
• Highly organized to handle fast-paced work with thorough follow-through and attention to detail.

• Ability to work after hours as part of the on-call rotation.

Salary Range: $27.00 To $29.00 Hourly

What you will do: We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic full time Maintenance Technician for our 316 unit apartment community located in Walnut Creek, Ca. As a key part of the community’s success, you have a hand in every resident’s satisfaction. You are personable, talented, tech savvy and skilled with an eye for detail and quality with a pro-active approach to preventative work. Each day is different, suggesting the need to prioritize tasks, be creative and use the initiative to problem solve. Your professionalism and follow through with residents make you a conqueror! Will have on an on-call rotation. Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday from 8am to 5pm.

The salary range for this position is $27-29 per hour. Other compensation includes but is not limited to: renewal commissions, mileage reimbursement and housing discounts. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as the candidate’s experience and qualifications. #HP1
