Role Overview

Do you enjoy fixing things and take pride in a job well done? As a Maintenance Technician, you'll showcase your skills, tackle diverse tasks, and impact residents' lives positively.

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to keep property systems and equipment in top condition.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
• Address resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Conduct inspections to identify and proactively address maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with supervisors to prioritize work orders.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain organized inventories of tools and supplies.
• Assist with apartment turnovers to ensure readiness for new residents.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues, including after-hours calls.
