Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
• Proficient in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and general maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and maintenance repairs in occupied apartments and common areas.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and HVAC issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and move-in readiness.
• Participate in an emergency on-call rotation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and team members.

What You'll Do

• Complete service requests and maintenance repairs in occupied apartments and common areas

What We're Looking For

• Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or service technician experience preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed
