Job Description

1. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency to support the site’s business goals.
2. Provide reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
3. Install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment.
4. Perform emergency and scheduled repairs on production equipment during and outside of production hours.
5. Perform duties of a machinist and mechanic, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting, and repair.
6. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance and servicing.
7. Diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
8. Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
9. Perform plumbing and carpentry functions as needed.
10. Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment safely and effectively.
11. Detect faulty operations or defective materials and report issues to supervision.
12. Follow safety regulations and keep work areas clean and organized.
