Job Description

• Position: Maintenance Technician
• Responsibilities: Perform diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency to meet business goals.

Essential Functions

• Perform installation and maintenance of production machines and plant equipment.
• Provide emergency and scheduled repairs of production equipment.
• Perform machinist duties and mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders for maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose issues, replace parts, test, and adjust equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on machines and facilities.
• Perform plumbing and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Utilize hand/power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
• Report faulty operations, defective materials, and unusual situations to supervision.
