Job summary

7Brew Coffee is seeking a Regional Maintenance Technician to perform routine repairs and inspections across our drive-thru locations in the Florida Panhandle. The role requires hands-on skills with espresso machines, refrigeration, HVAC, and general facility maintenance.

You will travel between sites, coordinate with store managers, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, able to troubleshoot, and comfortable working evenings or weekends when

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and the ability to troubleshoot.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel within the Florida Panhandle.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple locations.
• Abilities to lift up to 50lbs and work in various conditions, including confined spaces or outdoor areas.
• Availability for on-call emergency repairs, including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, refrigeration units, and HVAC systems.
• Perform general facility maintenance, such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry to ensure locations meet operational and safety standards.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime at any location.
• Coordinate with regional and store managers to schedule maintenance tasks with minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all locations.
• Travel between multiple locations in the Florida Panhandle to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
• Document all maintenance activities, including work performed and parts used, in a timely and accurate manner.

Job Summary:
