Job summary

141 Hard Rock Cafe International (STP) Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance on facility equipment and maintain the cosmetic appearance of the property across offices and cafes. The role requires basic trades skills, ability to troubleshoot kitchen and restaurant equipment, and to respond to alarm conditions on fire panels.

You will work on plumbing, painting, HVAC related tasks and energy management system adjustments.

Qualifications

• General woodworking and repair knowledge.
• Understand fire panel operation and respond in an alarm condition.
• Basic plumbing/repairs.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for kitchen and restaurant equipment.
• Basic electrical repairs and ability to identify/perform breaker resets.
• Ability to learn the energy management system and adjust temperature.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general facility maintenance on equipment and cosmetic appearance of property.
• Address plumbing issues and perform repairs as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair kitchen and restaurant equipment.
• Perform painting and drywall work as required.
• Change air filters and clean/wash coils for HVAC systems.
• Adhere to safety protocols and respond to alarms as necessary.
