Job summary

Pryer Aerospace is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the first shift in Tulsa, OK. You will perform preventative maintenance and routine repairs on production equipment such as milling and lathe machines, welders, CNC machines, presses, and ovens.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, knowledge of 440/230V 3-phase and hydraulic systems, and the ability to read electrical schematics. Safety and reliability are essential to the shop’s operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a maintenance technician.
• Experience with 440 & 230 volt 3 phase electric, 220 & 115 volt 1 phase; hydraulic systems preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable of troubleshooting motor controls using electrical schematics.
• Strong in all aspects of machine and facility maintenance.
• Legally able to work in the US; adhere to safety policies and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of production equipment such as milling and lathe machines, welders, CNC machines, presses and ovens.
• Repair plumbing and environmental control systems; balance air flow; heating systems repair.
• Test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machines and equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings and specifications.
• Set up and operate tools and equipment; maintain machine tools.

DescriptionPRYER Aerospace is hiring a Full Time Industrial Maintenance position. The first shift position is at our Tulsa location. PRYER Aerospace is a leading provider of structural components, assemblies and kits to the aerospace industry. We specialize in the fabrication of complex sheet metal and machined components for commercial, corporate and military aircraft.The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and routine repairs on production and plant equipment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Perform routine maintenance and repair of production equipment such as milling and Lathe machines, welders, CNC machines, presses and ovens, plumbing and environmental control systems.Work may include repairing faucets, drinking fountains, lavatory fixtures, charging air conditioners, changing filters, balancing air flow, and minor heating systems repair.Perform electrical maintenance and repair internal plant equipment or plant system.Perform carpentry or installation work.Make routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdown of facilities, machinery, and equipment.Test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machines and equipment.
