Job summary

Position Summary We're looking for a hands-on, dependable Maintenance professional who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll play a key part in installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, and facility systems within our manufacturing environment. Your work will directly support safety, efficiency, and overall production success.

What You'll Do

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Identify and resolve mechanical issues by observing equipment operation and collaborating with team members
• Disassemble and rebuild equipment, replacing or repairing components as needed
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machinery parts
• Support upkeep of the facility, including building structures and systems
• Operate tools such as cutting torches or welding equipment when needed
• Partner with production teams to reduce downtime and improve processes
• Follow and support all plant safety procedures and emergency protocols
• Maintain accurate records of parts, supplies, and maintenance activities
• Conduct routine inspections of plant equipment and systems
• Manage preventative maintenance programs and inventory of replacement parts
• Work with external contractors and maintain vendor relationships
• Support occasional off-shift or on-call maintenance needs

Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with maintenance tools, gauges, and measuring devices
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience in paper converting or similar operations
• Project coordination or maintenance leadership experience
