Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations in Wisconsin. The role covers preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on a variety of machinery including conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and automated systems.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment, read schematics, and document repairs in the CMMS system. A high school diploma or GED and hands-on maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs efficiently to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, compressors, and automated machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical controls, sensors, VFDs, and other industrial components.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, modifications, and improvement projects.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential equipment issues before failures occur.
• Complete maintenance work orders and accurately document repairs using CMMS.

Pay Rate: $25/hr - $28/hr

Shift: 2nd / 3rd Shift
