General ThermoDynamics is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our expanding manufacturing operations in Germantown, Wisconsin. This hands-on role focuses on keeping production equipment up and running, performing preventative and corrective maintenance, and supporting facility improvements.

Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, the ability to read schematics, and a willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read technical schematics and manuals.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
• Inspect equipment and identify opportunities to improve reliability.
• Support production teams by quickly responding to equipment issues.
• Repair and maintain pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Assist with equipment installations and facility improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Follow all safety requirements, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
