Job summary

General ThermoDynamics, Germantown, Wisconsin, is seeking dependable Assemblers to join our manufacturing team building heat exchanger products.

In this role you will assemble according to specifications, use hand tools, power tools, fixtures and measuring devices, and maintain a safe, organized workspace while supporting production goals.

Experience in manufacturing or hands-on trades is welcome; training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of manufacturing, assembly, or related industrial experience.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and attendance.

Whether you have experience in manufacturing, assembly, construction, warehouse operations, automotive repair, or another hands-on trade, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Assemble industrial products and components according to specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and measuring devices.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Blueprint reading experience.
• Experience with measuring tools.
• Material handling or forklift experience.
