Concord Hospitality in Town of Florida, NY is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled maintenance and minor repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas, ensuring all areas are safe and inviting for guests and team members.

You will follow property standards and safety guidelines, operate tools, and wear PPE to keep facilities clean and functional, contributing to a comfortable hotel environment and guest satisfaction.

• Handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to safety guidelines.
• Report major maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management.
• Respond professionally and promptly to guest service requests.
• Support team members and maintain a positive work environment.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance in line with company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Summary:

As a Preventive Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing scheduled preventative maintenance and minor repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas. You’ll ensure all areas are maintained in excellent condition, in accordance with established property standards and safety guidelines. Your role is key to delivering a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and team members.
