Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled maintenance and minor repairs across guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas. You will help maintain a safe, clean environment that meets property standards and ensures guest comfort.

You will follow strict safety protocols, use appropriate PPE, and participate in safety trainings. The role supports a positive team dynamic and ongoing professional growth within Concord’s hospitality standards.

As a Preventive Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing scheduled preventative maintenance and minor repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas. You’ll ensure all areas are maintained in excellent condition, in accordance with established property standards and safety guidelines. Your role is key to delivering a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and team members.

• Handle and dispose of hazardous materials according to safety guidelines.
• Report major maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management.
• Respond professionally and promptly to guest service requests.
• Support team members and maintain a positive work environment.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance in line with company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
