Come join Nolato Contour's team as a maintenance technician! You will be primarily responsible for preventive maintenance, general repairs and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and building.

Your mission will be to keep the factory’s equipment up and running, and you’ll get as much hands‑on training as you need to do an excellent job.

What will your average day look like?

• Setting up shop tools and equipment
• Keeping the building and grounds in tip‑top shape
• Performing preventative maintenance on all equipment
• Keeping a keen eye on our machines in operation to be able to diagnose any malfunctions that may occur
• Making approved modifications to machinery and equipment as needed
• Repairing and replacing any parts that might become defective
• Starting up different equipment to make sure it’s performing well
• Maintaining, installing, and repairing electrical equipment
• Keeping accurate records of all tools and maintenance performed on equipment

Qualifications:

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Nice to have: Associates degree in a related field or equivalent training; two to four years of experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics as well as welding fabrication, plumbing, HVAC, blueprint reading, basic PLC knowledge, compressors and vacuum systems

Schedule:

• 12‑hour shifts from either 7:00 AM–7:30 PM or 7:00 PM–7:30 AM. 12‑hour shifts are on a rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule; 2 days working, 2 days off, 3 days working. Work 3 days one week and 4 days next week – have every other weekend off!
