Job description

We're looking for a dependable, self‑motivated Maintenance Technician who takes pride in quality work and enjoys solving problems.

This position is based in Texarkana, with occasional travel required to support our clinics throughout Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.

We're Looking For

• Experience in general maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, or a related trade
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support our clinics across multiple states, including some overnight travel when necessary

What You'll Do

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other maintenance issues within your skill level
• Complete preventative maintenance to keep our clinics running smoothly
• Repair doors, locks, flooring, drywall, ceiling tiles, cabinetry, and other facility components
• Assemble and install equipment, fixtures, and furnishings
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent facility needs
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable regulations

Pay: $19.50/hour (Depending on Experience)

Hours: M-F, 8-5 some flexibility necessary

Location: Texarkana, TX

Travel: As needed
