JOB SUMMARY

• Maintenance Technician
• Full-Time Position
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends

Candidate is responsible to assist the Facilities department in order to perform maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical and vehicle servicing.

• -Candidate must be knowledgeable in the procedures and required safety measures necessary to complete daily tasks.

• -Perform assigned work according to tickets received and projects as outlined by management while striving to minimize guest, team member and operational impact and adhering to policies and guidelines specific to work areas which may be regulated.

• -Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent. Vocational skills desired.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and PC’s are preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Candidate will be exposed to smoke when on areas within the smoking patio. Candidate must be organized and be able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

This job requires strong vision skills, including close vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
