Job summary

Community Counseling of Bristol County Incorporated is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to support several residential and commercial properties in Southeast Massachusetts, particularly Taunton. You will inspect and address maintenance needs, contribute to safety, and ensure facilities run smoothly.

Ideal candidates have property maintenance experience; plumbing/electrical knowledge is a plus. Must have own vehicle and be able to work some weekends or after hours.

Description of Position

Community Counseling of Bristol County is seeking full-time skilled maintenance technician to assist in maintaining several residential and commercial properties in Southeast Massachusetts. We need a technician to look for possible issues that we can fix before it’s too late. Eager to come to work and make a difference.

Responsibilities include:

• General maintenance in both a commercial and residential setting.
• Painting and light carpentry.
• Plumbing and or electrical experience a plus.
• Moving objects such as office equipment and household items.
• Some projects may need to be done on weekends or after normal business hours.
• Must possess own vehicle (Pick up or SUV preferred).
• Wages are determined by skill set.
• Benefits include Health Insurance, 403B retirement contributions, vacations, travel reimbursement.

Requirements
