Job summary

Community Counseling of Bristol County is seeking a full-time skilled maintenance technician to maintain several residential and commercial properties in southeastern Massachusetts. The role supports timely fixes and proactive upkeep to ensure safe, functional spaces for staff and clients.

Responsibilities include general maintenance, painting, light carpentry, and plumbing/electrical work as a plus. A vehicle is required, and some weekend hours may be scheduled.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance is key; plumbing and/or electrical experience a plus.
• Must possess own vehicle and reliable transportation.
• Time management and effective communication skills are important for coordination.

• Move office equipment and household items as required.

Description of Position

Community Counseling of Bristol County is seeking full-time skilled maintenance technician to assist in maintaining several residential and commercial properties in southeastern Massachusetts. We need a technician to look for possible issues that we can fix before it’s too late. Eager to come to work and make a difference.

Responsibilities include:

• General maintenance in both a commercial and residential setting.
• Painting and light carpentry.
• Plumbing and or electrical experience a plus.
• Moving objects such as office equipment and household items.
• Some projects may need to be done on weekends or after normal business hours.
• Must possess own vehicle (Pickup or SUV preferred).
• Wages are determined by skill set.

Requirements

Experience in property maintenance is key; plumbing and/or electrical experience a plus. Must possess own vehicle (pickup or SUV preferred). We will provide training to candidates that possess good organizational skills and effective written and verbal communication skills along with computer competency. Time management is important to each project big or small.
