Job summary

Community Counseling of Bristol County (CCBC) is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to help manage multiple residential and commercial properties in southeastern Massachusetts. You will perform general maintenance, painting, light carpentry, plumbing or electrical work, and ensure facilities are safe and functional.

Must have own vehicle; some projects may occur on weekends or after hours. CCBC offers health insurance, 403B retirement contributions, vacations, and travel reimbursement,

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance is essential.
• Must possess own vehicle (pickup or SUV preferred).
• Training will be provided to candidates with good organizational, written and verbal communication skills and computer competency.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance in both commercial and residential settings.

• Moving objects such as office equipment and household items.
• Some projects may require weekend or after-hours work.

Description of Position

Community Counseling of Bristol County is seeking full-time skilled maintenance technician to assist in maintaining several residential and commercial properties in southeastern Massachusetts. We need a technician to look for possible issues that we can fix before it’s too late. Eager to come to work and make a difference.

Requirements
