Position: Maintenance Technician – Full Time

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay: $32 hourly starting with room to grow, $1 shift premium for the 3rd shift, and overtime as needed

Bonus: Potential to earn a 5% bonus based on plant performance

Shifts: 2nd & 3rd Shift

Training: 1st shift training for a minimum of 3 weeks

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety practices, including LOTO and PPE
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery, conveyors, and robotics
• Diagnose issues, replace parts, test, and adjust equipment
• Work with electrical circuits, conveyors, electronics, PLCs, and motor controls
• Operate machinery such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders as needed
• Read schematics and blueprints
• Perform preventive maintenance

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years industrial maintenance experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical repair, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC troubleshooting
