Maintenance Technician Job Summary:

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining an attractive environment that residents are proud to call home.

• Complete maintenance on HVAC units, elevators, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords
• Perform general and preventive maintenance projects as scheduled or assigned
• Respond promptly to residents' maintenance requests
• Ensure vacant units are ready for move-in according to community standards
