Job summary

PK Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Sterling Heights, MI to join a team focused on keeping residential communities in top condition. The role covers repairs, upkeep of common areas, and preparation of units for new residents.

Responsibilities

• Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings.
• Grounds work; maintain all common areas inside and outside.
• Snow removal and after-hour emergency maintenance.
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders promptly.
• Order and replace broken parts or equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work space.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents.
• Paint, drywall, plumbing, electrical and flooring repairs.
• On-call as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
