Job summary

Envolve Community Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Bentwood Apartment Community in Saint Louis, MO. You will perform general maintenance and repairs with focus on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor.

A strong commitment to customer service is essential. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of maintenance experience, REAC preference, EPA Certification, and the ability to handle emergency calls around the clock.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance as needed.
• Comfort with HVAC, water heaters, fixtures and general repairs.
• Willingness to respond to emergency maintenance calls 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs and plumbing.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and proper documentation of operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions.

Envolve Community Management Company owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.

Currently, we are searching for a Maintenance Technician to work at Bentwood Apartment Community in Saint Louis, MO.

TheMaintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical.

Description

The successful candidate must have experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical. The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC plumbing and electrical, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor.

Duties

• Must possess the ability and tools to repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and any general maintenance repairs that may arise.
• Knowledge to perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly.
• A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.
• (3) plus years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• REAC inspection experience is preferred.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
• This candidate must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
