Job summary

Sempreon, based in St. Louis, MO, is hiring a Maintenance Technician to maximize line performance, manage changeovers, and perform daily preventive maintenance on production equipment.

You will operate welding tools, mills, lathes, drill presses, and work with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. The role requires a hands-on, proactive problem-solver who can thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in production environment (food and/or beverage industry preferred).
• Electrical, Mechanical or experience working with motors is a plus.
• Experience working on conveyors is a plus.
• Strong mechanical and electrical reasoning skills with the ability to interpret diagrams, schematics, and system behavior
• Proven troubleshooting ability using logical, step-by-step problem-solving and root-cause analysis
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems and comfort working with tools and equipment
• Self-started and organized.
• Physical demands requiring lifting of 50 pounds or more times.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in St. Louis, MO. As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for maximizing line performance, completing change overs, and conducting daily preventive maintenance of all production equipment, as well as maintaining bottling equipment and doing preventative maintenance. All successful candidates for this position will be required to submit to a criminal background check, drug test, and successfully pass a mechanical aptitude assessment (WorkKeys).
