Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Cincinnati, OH facility. You will perform preventative, corrective, and requested electrical work across manufacturing areas with a focus on safety and efficiency.

We offer a first-year bonus that could exceed $3000, benefits, and a collaborative team environment. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of industrial electrical experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years industrial electrical experience is highly preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have safe work ethic pertaining to energized/de-energized circuits.
• Ability to work well in a team and as an independent contributor.

Responsibilities

• Repair electrical work for day or night shift to proper working condition in a timely fashion.
• Follow safety regulations and clean up after each job; be on-call for after-hours maintenance repairs.
• Ensure compliance with certification requirements and maintain good housekeeping per AIB/ISO standards.
• Maintenance of equipment and assisting in continuous improvement of electrical systems.

Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Repair Electrical: you will repair and maintain all electrical work for day or night shift back to its proper working condition in a timely fashion. You will make recommendations on electrical improvements and determine parts and equipment needed to complete the job.
• Follow Instructions: you will follow all safety regulations, clean-up after each job and be on-call for after hour maintenance repairs as needed.
• Ensure Compliance: you will ensure departmental compliance with all certification requirements and will maintain good housekeeping practices in accordance with AIB/ISO standards. You will maintain cleaning compliance for each piece of equipment being repaired.
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
