We deliver sustainable innovations that elevate everyday products As a Maintenance Technician you will perform all-around maintenance and repair services in several crafts, such as electrical, carpentry, welding, plumbing, sheet metal, millwright, and painting, at a moderately complex level. This position is for South Brunswick for Midnight Shift.

• Apply skills in a primary craft gained from practical experience.
• Possess an in-depth understanding of maintenance history of the building, equipment, and other facilities to be maintained.
• Use expertise for diagnosis and emergency repairs, provide preventive and cost-efficient repairs, use all shop machinery and hand tools, act as leader for less-skilled assistants, consult with engineers and vendors.

• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Observe, listen to, and test malfunctioning machinery to determine the root cause of failures using precision measuring instruments and diagnostic tools.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance-such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts-to prevent equipment breakdowns before they happen.
• Repairs & Overhauls: Dismantle devices, remove defective parts using hoists and power tools, and replace or repair worn components.
• Equipment Installation: Assemble, install, and calibrate new machinery or heavy equipment according to blueprints and manufacturer manuals.
• Part Fabrication: Cut, weld, and fabricate new or custom metal parts to replace broken components when direct replacements are
