Envolve Community Management Company seeks a Maintenance Technician for Mission Pass Apartments in Socorro, TX. The role focuses on repairing appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, and plumbing, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

The position requires 3+ years of experience, willingness to perform preventive maintenance, and prompt response to emergency calls. HVAC certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred but not required.
• REAC inspection experience preferred.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24/7.
• Background screening and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, and basic carpentry.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and documentation for maintenance operations.

Job description

Envolve Community Management Company owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.

We are currently searching for a maintenance technician for our Mission Pass Apartments in Socorro, TX

Duties:

• Must possess the ability and tools to repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and any general maintenance repairs that may arise.
• Knowledge to perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly.

A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.

Qualifications:

• HVAC certified preferred but is not required.
• (3) plus years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• REAC inspection experience is preferred.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
• This candidate must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Background Screening and Drug Test Required.
