Job description

Worksite Location: Properties located inWasco, Hood River, Sherman and Klickitat Counties

Work Schedule: Full time at 36 hours per week

Pay: Grade 9 - Starts at $25.52per hour plus 3% additional pay for bilingual incumbents

What youwill do:
  • Performroutine and scheduled maintenance across multiple properties
  • Assistwith preparation of vacant units for new tenants, including cleaning, painting,and repairs
  • Respondto maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Purchaseand transport supplies and materials needed to perform required maintenance
  • Maintainaccurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
  • Conductregular inspections of units and common areas to identify and addressmaintenance issues
  • Respondto after-hours emergency repairs
  • Performother duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
  • Adhereto federal, state and local fair housing laws
