Southwood Realty Company seeks a Maintenance Technician for Palisades Hickory Creek in Shelby, NC. You will perform on-site maintenance and preventive tasks to keep buildings and grounds in good condition.

The role requires responding to service requests within 24 hours, ensuring safety compliance, and contributing to ongoing maintenance plans. Experience with turning vacant units and keeping them ready is a plus.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Frequent standing/walking; lift up to 75 lbs.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Complete service and maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Follow up on service requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are followed at all times.
• Participate in ongoing property maintenance and improvement plan.
• Produce turns on vacant units within 5 working days.
• Maintain 80% of vacant units in “ready” condition at all times.
• Maintain vacant units daily.

Job Summary

Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds. Complete onsite maintenance and preventative maintenance in order to maintain the physical condition of the property.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete all service and maintenance requests within 24-hours
• Follow up on service requests to assure customer satisfaction
• Insures OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times
• Participate in implementation of an ongoing property maintenance and improvement plan
• Produce turns on vacant units within 5 working days
• Maintain 80% of vacant units in “ready” condition at all times
• Maintain vacant units daily
