Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman Electrician License or Electro-Mechanical Degree required.
• Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities.
• Working knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Install and maintain electrical wiring, machine controls, and power distribution systems.
• Repair and replace motors, sensors, relays, transformers, switches, and electronic components.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance documentation.
• Support continuous manufacturing operations by minimizing downtime.
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders.
• Follow all plant safety standards and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
