Job summary

Master Trade Services, located in Sauk Rapids, MN, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join a motivated team. The role covers maintenance across multi-family dwellings, single-family homes, and light carpentry work with emphasis on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Background checks and drug screening are required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.
• Time Management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
