Job summary

Master Trade Services is seeking a motivated Construction Technician in Minnesota to join our growing team. You will perform carpentry projects, maintenance, and general construction tasks for multi-family and single-family properties, ensuring safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of construction experience, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of maintenance, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screen.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to)

Requirements
