Job summary

Circular Services in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain machinery such as pneumatic tools, conveyors and production equipment. You will observe equipment, diagnose failures, dismantle parts, perform lubrication, and follow preventive maintenance procedures.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of mechanical repair experience in a heavy industrial setting (or an equivalent combination). Technical training preferred.

• Technical school preferred

Responsibilities

• Observes mechanical equipment in operation to locate causes of trouble.
• Diagnoses equipment failures and provides recommendations for proper repair course of action.
• Dismantles equipment to remove and replace defective parts.
• Adjusts functional parts of equipment and control instruments.
• Ensures that all equipment complies with OEMs and Regulatory Agencies operating standards; lubricates per OEM schedules.
• Follows Preventive Maintenance Work Order procedures and performs other duties as assigned.

About the Role:

Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment by performing the duties outlined below.

Responsibilities:

Observes mechanical equipment in operation to locate causes of trouble.

• Diagnoses equipment failures and provide recommendations for proper repair course of action.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
