As the Maintenance Technician, you will repair and maintain the apartment community. Depending on the property, you will be required to clean the grounds and common areas of the Property and report to the Maintenance Supervisor and/or the Property Manager.

Your Responsibilities As The Maintenance Technician Will Include

• Timely Repairs: Respond to resident service requests within 48 hours and maintain quality through follow‑up.
• Apartment Turnover: Inspect, prepare, and maintain units for move‑in/move‑out and showings.
• Property Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness, curb appeal, and organization across common areas and vacant units.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, use protective equipment, and maintain safe workspaces.
• Vendor Coordination: Supervise vendors for quality and efficiency, ensuring professional standards.
