Job responsibilities: Responsible for performing center maintenance and repair in specialized crafts such as heating, electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems, in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential Functions:

• Order materials required to perform work, prepare the required paperwork for cost and accounting purposes.
• Perform maintenance and repair of structures, electrical systems, heating, plumbing, air conditioning, and drainage systems.
• Repair or replace faulty or damaged light fixtures, outlets, fuses as directed.
• Perform minor construction and repair of structural woodwork.
• Install window shades or coverings and security locks.

Education And Experience Requirements:

• HSD or equivalent
• Three (3) years related craft experience
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
