Life Time is seeking a Maintenance Technician in California to keep clubs well maintained and safe. You’ll service mechanical systems, plumbing, lighting, and millwork, contributing to a positive member experience in a high-energy health club.
The role involves varied daily challenges in a dynamic team setting. The position requires 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience, ability to lift 20+ lbs, and CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping our clubs well maintained and safe; making certain all mechanical systems are working properly including routine maintenance and repairs of basic plumbing, lighting, millwork repairs, door hardware and more to provide a positive experience for our members and guests. No two days will be the same and you’ll likely experience a variety of slightly different challenges each day in a high-energy, health club environment.

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $26.00 and pays up to $34.75, based on experience and qualifications.
