Qualifications

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs.
• Repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and drainage problems.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance to avoid future problems.
• Identify and address potential safety hazards.
• Paint and touch up areas when needed.
• Assist with general groundskeeping and facility upkeep.
• Basic electrical wiring/troubleshooting skills.
• Basic carpentry and repair skills.
