Job summary

Greenwood Star is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our communities safe and well-maintained. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, and collaborate with team members to address work orders and emergencies.

Responsibilities include inspections, rehab of apartments to rent-ready condition, and participating in on-call duties. We offer comprehensive benefits including insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to on-call emergencies according to scheduled on-call responsibility.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and safety of our communities. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and carpentry work. • Certification in HVAC or electrical systems.
