What is this role?

As a Maintenance Mechanic for Cirkul you will be responsible for providing high level technical support and maintenance of automated machine systems for use in a high speed manufacturing environment.

What does an average day look like?

• Driving Results: Perform scheduled machine maintenance, repairs, and debugging technical issues with equipment.
• Taking Ownership: Show initiative and problem solve quickly.
• Making Decisions: Demonstrate critical thinking with precise decision-making ability.
• Cultivating Relationships: Provide consistent communication for downtime issues as well as any relevant management of change notices for all related items.
• Instilling Trust: Complete detailed documentation of repairs and troubleshooting issues.
• Customer Focus: Assist with new technology, equipment upgrades or technology breakthroughs on existing equipment.
  
  

What background should you have?

• 2-5 years of Mechanical and/or Electrical experience working with high speed types of manufacturing equipment on a day-to-day basis.
• Experience with machine control system components, such as motor controllers, variable frequency drives, servo motors, and inspection equipment is desired.
• Experience working with close tolerances in machine set-ups & process parameters, as well as standard manufacturing type equipment such as geared motors, conveyors, bearings, gears, drive trains, etc.
• Superb communication and organizational skills with the ability to clearly document production issues.
• Have the ability to be On-call as it is required as needed.
