Job summary

Contech Engineered Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure continuous operation of our manufacturing equipment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and install plant equipment, and contribute to the TPM program to maintain equipment reliability and budget adherence.

The role requires reading blueprints, strong mechanical and electrical problem-solving skills, and effective communication with team members. On-site position with overtime potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Demonstrates understanding of mechanical/electrical problems and fixes.
• Good organizational skills.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Good root cause problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and install all plant equipment.
• Accountable for Total Predictive Maintenance (TPM) processes.
• Educate, direct, and support employees in TPM and equipment repair compliance; manage maintenance budget.
• Identify cost-effective solutions for replacing obsolete components.
• Adjust repairs or replace parts, assemblies, and machine equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints for repair and installation of equipment.

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Technician at Contech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous operation of our manufacturing equipment. Your responsibilities include:
