Job summary

BG Staffing is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Salisbury, NC (28147). The role offers a contract position with a pay rate of $22 per hour and a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, starting ASAP.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing electrical, plumbing, appliance diagnostics and repair, carpentry, and assisting with unit turns. Excellent resident service and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of general and advanced maintenance functions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
