Job summary

BG Staffing is seeking a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Dalton, GA. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping a property safe, functional, and well-maintained, with a Mon–Fri 8–5 schedule and a contract-to-hire path.

You will perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs, complete unit turns (drywall, painting, minor renovations), repair appliances and locks, and assist with grounds and property upkeep.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance, construction, or renovation experience.
• Own basic hand tools (power tools preferred).
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment service requests independently.
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
