• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing methods.

Responsibilities

• Interior and exterior painting of guest rooms, hallways, public spaces, and maintenance areas.
• Wall preparation: patching, sanding, priming, and repairing surfaces.
• Applying paints, stains, sealers, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter to join our maintenance team at our hotel. This role is essential in maintaining the appearance, quality, and guest‑ready condition of our property. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and takes pride in delivering high‑quality finishes.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of verifiable professional painting experience (residential, commercial, or hospitality).
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing methods.
• Ability to work safely with tools, ladders, and materials.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing, lifting, bending, etc.).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Job Responsibilities

Duties may vary based on the hotel’s needs and may include:

• Interior and exterior painting of guest rooms, hallways, public spaces, and maintenance areas.
• Wall preparation: patching, sanding, priming, and repairing surfaces.
• Applying paints, stains, sealers, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Touch‑ups and color matching as required.
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas.
