Job summary

Comfort Systems USA Shoffner in North Carolina is seeking Maintenance Technicians to perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on HVAC and mechanical equipment. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Comfort Systems USA Shoffner needs Preventative Maintenance Techs to perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on HVAC and mechanical equipment. We welcome experienced technicians, but it’s also a great opportunity to start a career in the skilled trades. You'll work alongside experienced technicians, gain hands‑on experience, and work on maintenance, service, and construction projects.

Your Pay:

$20 - $22 per hour for entry level – more for experience. Pay and performance reviews annually.

What You Bring:

• Related work experience is a plus – not a requirement.
• High school diploma or GED (required).

The Workplace:
