Job summary

Comfort Systems USA Shoffner in Arden, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on HVAC and mechanical equipment. This entry-level role offers hands-on training and a pathway to build a skilled trades career, with paid training and career development.

You’ll work with experienced technicians on maintenance, service, and construction projects, indoors and outdoors, in all weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Trade school or vocational training preferred.
• Related work experience is a plus, not required.
• Valid driver's license required.
