Job summary

Comfort Systems USA Shoffner is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Tech to service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment, with a focus on package units, split systems, RTUs, and unitary HVAC equipment.

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC service experience (required).
• Trade school, Technical school, or apprenticeship experience preferred, but hands-on commercial HVAC experience is most important.
• Experience working on commercial package units and split systems (strongly preferred).
• EPA Certification (required).
• Must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment focusing on package units, split systems, RTUs, and unitary HVAC equipment.
• Be flexible for on-call rotation, overtime when necessary.
• Work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather, including confined spaces.
• No desk job — you’ll stand, walk, lift up to 60 lbs, crawl, kneel, and bend.
