Job summary

Michael Development/MJS Management is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician for Centennial Commons Apartments in Roseville, MN. You will handle repairs, preventive maintenance, lawncare, and general upkeep of both residential and commercial properties in the Twin Cities area.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of maintenance experience, can work with maintenance tools, and is able to meet physical demands.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of previous maintenance experience required.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work well as a team.
• Must pass background check.
• Must have the necessary tools for apartment maintenance.

Responsibilities

About this position

Michael Development/MJS Management is a property management company of residential and commercial properties in the Twin Cities area. We are currently in search of a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Centennial Commons Apartments in Roseville, MN.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion including but not limited to plumbing, appliances, HVAC repairs, lock changes and minor electrical repairs
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
